Description

Leicestershire County Council is seeking to enter into a contract arrangement with a suitable organisation for the print and publication of its A4 size journal 'Leicestershire Matters', which is to be delivered to all homes (280,000+ households) in Leicestershire. The organisation will also be responsible for subsequent delivery to the Councils contracted distribution company (in readiness for distribution) and some copies will also be delivered to County Hall. The A4 journal weighs 35gsms and is usually 16 pages, although the pagination can change. The initial requirement is to print up to 3 issues, but the Council reserves the right to extend the contract for up to a further 3 issues.
