Description

(Lot 1) Insurance Services for Charnwood Borough Council excluding the management of the housing stock.

(Lot 2) Insurance Services Tender for Charnwood Borough Council to include the management of the housing stock from 1.12.2012.

(Lot 3) Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing Insurance Cover for four and a half years from 1.12.2012 to 31.5.2013 and thereafter on an annual basis.

A review of the status of CNH is to take place during 2012 and for this reason the starting date for cover of CNH has been put back to 1.12.2012, six months later than for Charnwood Borough Council.

Bids will be evaluated so as to provide the most economically advantageous outcome for each body across their full insurance requirements. Each body is to have its own insurance quotation.

This contract(s) will be open to Charnwood Borough Council and Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing or their successors.
